About Meridian
Meridian Labor Group gives organizations access to experienced labor-relations judgment when they need it, without maintaining permanent internal capacity.
The founder
Dominic Curcuruto has negotiated ten collective bargaining agreements, including seven as first-chair negotiator and two first contracts. His bargaining experience includes both private- and public-sector agreements.
Between negotiations, his work has included contract administration, grievance handling, investigatory interviews, and arbitration preparation.
Dominic also spent more than a decade as a paramedic. That background shapes how he approaches contracts for 24/7 operations: staffing, scheduling, and shift language has to work in practice, not just on paper.
How Meridian handles conflicts.
Meridian may serve an employer in one engagement and a union in another. That works only with firm rules, applied every time.
- Conflicts are checked before detailed information about a matter is shared.
- Meridian will not accept an engagement adverse to a current client.
- Meridian will not accept an engagement where confidential information from earlier work could be used against the party who shared it.
- When a conflict can’t be resolved, Meridian declines the work.
Meridian works where a bargaining relationship exists.
The practice is collective bargaining and the administration of the agreements that follow.
Independent judgment
Meridian accepts work only when it can give the client independent and focused advice.
No union-avoidance work
Meridian does not provide union-avoidance, persuader, or anti-organizing services.
Not a law firm
Meridian is a labor-relations consultancy and does not provide legal advice. When a matter calls for counsel, Meridian will say so and can work alongside the client’s attorneys.

Whether you need a chief negotiator, temporary labor-relations coverage, or help with a specific dispute, the first step is a short conversation and a conflict check.
